Hello and welcome to our first fully online event. In this short (well not that short, it's 90 mins long) web event we will talk about how you can use Slack to enable a work-from-anywhere environment for your team. 

The focus will be on internal processes, using Apps to improve productivity, best practices for enabling async work and how to keep everyone engaged in a fully or partially remote setup. Three speakers will talk from their experience on managing remote teams and will share tips and hacks you can use immediately.

Introductions	We will spend around 10-15 mins introducing each other and get a feel for how remote work has treated us over the last year.
Slack + Remote Work	In this session Raj (CEO Troopr) will share how his team encourages better communication and continuous improvement after the transition to 100% remote work by leveraging Slack for quick and powerful async meetings.
One year of the pandemic	In this session Thomas Boudier (Product Marketing at Adaptavist) will discuss how Slack has helped power remote work over the last year. This will include assessing the situation, steps that can be taken by leaders to help and support staff and finally, tips that help you get the most out of Slack.
Slack driven employee engagement	In this session Ujjwal (Co-founder Harmonize) will illustrate how his team is creating simple microapps inside Slack to create an engaged workforce and power tiny improvements. This will be a live demo of 5 microapps that you can build in 5 mins each to foster engagement using Slack.
