Functional Testing

Creating a robust test suite can be the difference between updating your app with confidence, or a mob of angry users. A good set of tests helps you release apps with more certainty. Learn about the purpose and benefits of functional testing and how to apply it to Slack apps using the Jest test framework with Puppeteer. You'll leave knowing some top tips (plus pitfalls to avoid) and having written a test or two.

• Cleaning up your tests when they’re through

Prerequisites:

1. Your own laptop
2. Internet connection
3. Download and install Node.js: https://nodejs.org/

5. Navigate into the starterfiles/ directory and run npm install in your terminal.
