Work doesn't happen at the same time for everyone, especially when working remote. To ensure that your team feels connected — regardless of the time zone they are in — you'll need to put systems in place to ensure that conversations and decision-making opportunities are open to all. Work doesn't happen at the same time for everyone, especially when working remote.

In this virtual meetup on October 15th at 12pm ET (9am PT), you'll hear from Slack, and others, in a panel discussion on the balance between async and deep work.
