Work doesn't happen at the same time for everyone, especially when working remote. To ensure that your team feels connected — regardless of the time zone they are in — you'll need to put systems in place to ensure that conversations and decision-making opportunities are open to all. In this virtual meetup, you'll hear from Slack, and others, on the balance between async and deep work.
