Slack’s Workforce Lab studies how to make work better. The team conducts research with desk workers around the globe and experiments with ways to drive productivity and boost the employee experience for workers at Slack, Salesforce, and everywhere.

For December's Ask Me Anything (AMA), the Slack Community welcomes Christina, Lucas, Ashley, and Chrissie from Slack's Workforce Lab team. This AMA will be a unique opportunity to reflect on 2024 and its impact on workers everywhere. You will have the chance to meet some of the Slack team members who have conducted research on what AI means for the future of work and humans globally. Not only that, get the inside scoop on how Slack's research and analytics team works, the career journeys of the team, and what it's like to work at Slack. Christina, Lucas, Ashley, and Chrissie are looking forward to answering your questions!

How it will work

• This event takes place entirely in the Slack Community workspace, and does not have a virtual video component.
• Join the Community workspace (check your registration email for access).
• Once you're in the workspace, visit the #slack-ama channel and use the featured workflow in-channel called, "Submit your AMA question." This will open a dialog box where you can add your question to the queue.
• Your question will be reviewed and then if approved, posted into the public AMA channel for the host(s) to answer.
• The team will answer the question in the thread. You can reply in-thread, too!
