Brad leads the Conversations sub-pillar, where he's heavily focused on the multi-player experience of composing, sending and reacting to messages on Slack. This includes where you're actually sending the messages, so DMs, threads and channels are in his purview as well. He explains the surface areas he works on as "from the composer (where you type out your messages) to message formatting, where you send the messages (DMs, channels and threads), emoji reactions, and everything in between."
Recent highlights that Brad worked on: the ability to add people into an existing DM, and private to public channel conversion. He also leads Slack's quarterly Customer Love Sprint effort, where we focus on fixing those small "paper cuts" in the product, adding "delighters" and polish, or shipping meaningful small improvements to existing features.
Brad is looking forward to answering your questions!

After transitioning into Product Management, I've led product areas highly focused on improving the foundational experience…
