It's all in the (big) little details. Here at Slack, we like to sweat the small stuff. What does this mean exactly? First and foremost, we love our customers. One way we show that appreciation is by designing, building and shipping product enhancements that make your experience in Slack a little more pleasant. This is what's known as the Customer Love Sprint, a dedicated time frame for our product and design teams to focus exclusively on the small product enhancements that have a big impact. 

You're invited to our August AMA, where you will meet Brad and Zack from Slack's Product and Design teams, respectively. Learn how the Slack team approaches Customer Love Sprints and how we've evolved this particular initiative over the years. Whether you're a product manager, engineer, designer, marketer or someone interested in learning more about how we work here at Slack, this AMA is for you. Brad and Zack can't wait to answer your questions!

How it will work

• This event takes place entirely in the Slack Community workspace, and does not have a virtual video component.
• Join the Community workspace (check your registration email for access).
• Once you're in the workspace, visit the #slack-ama channel
• Go to the bookmarks bar and select "Workflows" (or closer to the event, view the post in-channel for a link to the workflow)
• Select the "Submit your AMA question" workflow. This will open a dialog box where you can add your question to the queue.
• Your question will be reviewed and then if approved, posted into the public AMA channel for the host(s) to answer.
• The team will answer the question in the thread. You can reply in-thread, too!
