Kevin Albers is an energetic, enthusiastic IT leader with 15+ years of experience in leading a wide spectrum of business transforming initiatives. He's also the VP of customer experience at Slack.
As graduate of GE’s IT Leadership Program, he is well versed in program management and customer relations. He brings a collaborative and innovative style to his work with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in global matrixed environments.
As Slack’s first Solutions Engineering leader, he spent 2+ years delivering value to new prospects and customers before taking on a leadership role in Customer Experience in 2017. In 2021, Kevin’s position evolved into the VP of Slack’s Customer Experience, delivering the success of the company’s support organization.
