Date of the event - 21 July.
Time - 20:00 (GMT+4).
Virtual location - Bevy (accessible via the event page the moment it starts).
We invited Jonathan Butler, Organizational Effectiveness Associate from Slack HQ, to share the experience of automating the onboarding process for the new hires in their global company, and to talk about employee learning, professional development and benefits the company provides to them.
During these times, it is extremely important for the company owners to make sure their employees know how to switch to the digital, virtual model of work: which connection and productivity tools to use, how to take care of the security of the data, how to handle all the operations online.
Therefore, we speak with representatives of Slack about the importance of corporate learning and professional development inside the companies, how the employer should provide for their valuable professionals and build a good brand in order to attract more cool talents.
The meetup as always is going to be quite informal, so feel free to bring some drinks and snacks, and make sure you have a good connection and sound to catch the conversation rightly.
Invite your friends and colleagues to join our community - more things to discuss soon ;)
